If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to contact us first to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and ensuring that the order is securely packed and insured.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will refund the full amount of your order, excluding the shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

We ship our products to the United Kingdom. We use reputable carriers and aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery time or date, as this may depend on factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.
